Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items using the original eco-friendly packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
